Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

CORELOOP PTE. LTD. ("Coreloop," "we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile applications covered by this Privacy Policy (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Apps.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Apps published by Coreloop that link to this Policy and to information you send us in connection with the Apps. It does not apply to information handled by Apple, your device manufacturer, Apple Health, Apple Watch, the Apple App Store, or other third parties under their own privacy policies.

2. Information You Provide

Reference age and feature inputs

Some features require information that you enter or provide in the App, such as a reference age for a face scan. These inputs and the results generated from them are stored only on your device.

Support communications

When you contact us, we receive the email address and other information included in your message. We use that information to respond to you, provide support, and address your request.

3. Information Accessed or Generated by the Apps

The Apps access or generate the following information only when you choose to use the relevant feature and grant any required permission.

Apple Health and HealthKit information

Certain Apps may read health and wellness information that you authorize through Apple Health or HealthKit. The Apps only read this information and do not write App results to Apple Health. HealthKit information is processed for the feature you choose to use and is not received by Coreloop's servers.

Camera and face-scan information

Certain Apps use the camera to create wellness-related scan results when you choose to start a scan and grant camera permission. During the scan, facial image information is processed temporarily and in real time on your device and converted into digital signals. These digital signals are securely transmitted to our backend processing service for calculation. After processing, the results are returned to the App on your device.

We do not store your facial images, video recordings, or camera frames. This original visual data does not leave your device and is not saved on your device. The information transmitted for backend calculation consists of derived digital signals, rather than the original facial images or video. The reference messages you provide and the returned scan results are stored locally on your device for use in the App.

Microphone and sleep-sound information

Certain Apps use the microphone to analyze sleep sounds when you choose to use that feature. Raw audio is processed on your device and is not saved or sent to Coreloop or third parties. Sleep-related results may be stored only on your device.

Locally stored results

Health records, scan results, reference messages, sleep-related results, and similar feature results are stored locally on your device. Coreloop does not operate an account or cloud history for these results.

4. Information Collected Automatically or from App Store Transactions

Coreloop and service providers that support the Apps may process limited technical and usage information, such as device and app information, app settings, general usage events, crash diagnostics, and subscription status. This information is used for operation, troubleshooting, security, service improvement, and subscription administration.

Apple processes purchases and payment information for subscriptions made through the Apple App Store. Coreloop does not receive your payment card information. We may receive limited subscription status information needed to provide subscription features.

The Apps do not request or collect photos, Bluetooth data, location data, contacts, or an advertising identifier.

5. How We Use Information

We use information described in this Policy to:

We do not use Apple Health or HealthKit information, face images, camera frames, raw audio, sleep-sound data, or locally stored health results for advertising, targeted advertising, sale, or model training.

6. Permissions, Notifications, and Your Choices

Depending on the App and the features you use, the Apps may request permission for:

You can deny or withdraw permission at any time through your device settings. If permission is denied or withdrawn, the related feature may not work or may have reduced functionality. The Apps do not use Apple's advertising identifier, cross-app tracking, or other technology for personalized advertising.

7. How We Share Information

Service providers

We may share limited technical, usage, crash-diagnostic, and subscription-status information with service providers that help us operate, maintain, analyze, support, or secure the Apps. These providers are not permitted to receive Apple Health or HealthKit information, original facial images, video recordings, camera frames, sleep data, snoring data, or raw microphone audio from the Apps.

As described in Section 3, digital signals derived on your device during a camera session are transmitted to our backend processing service to calculate and return scan results. Service providers involved in delivering this backend processing may process those signals and the resulting outputs for that purpose. This processing does not involve transmitting the original facial images or video.

Apple

Apple handles App Store purchases and payments under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Apple Health, HealthKit, and Apple Watch are provided and governed by Apple.

Legal and business disclosures

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights, safety, and security, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or transition of services.

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share personal information for targeted advertising.

8. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Reference messages, health records, returned scan results, sleep-related results, and similar history described in Section 3 are stored locally on your device. Original facial images, video recordings, and camera frames are processed temporarily and are not saved. The digital signals derived from camera sessions undergo backend processing as described in Sections 3 and 7; the local-storage statements in this Policy do not mean that all scan processing takes place on your device.

The Apps do not provide an in-App control to delete locally stored feature data. Uninstalling an App removes the App and its locally stored data from your device. The effect of uninstalling on any device, operating-system, or cloud backup is governed by your backup settings and the applicable platform's practices.

Coreloop does not operate a user account or cloud history for these locally stored results. Although scan results are calculated by the backend processing service and returned to the App, we generally cannot access or delete the history stored on your device. We retain information handled by us only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including processing requested scans and meeting security, support, legal, and operational needs. Uninstalling an App removes local data; it does not itself submit a deletion request for information handled by backend services.

9. International Data Transfers

The Apps are offered globally. Information processed by backend services or other service providers, including digital signals derived from camera sessions, the results calculated from those signals, and limited technical information, may be handled in countries other than the country where you live. Original facial images, video recordings, and camera frames remain on your device during processing and are not transmitted. We take reasonable steps to limit international processing to the purposes described in this Policy and require service providers to protect information in accordance with applicable obligations.

10. Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or information about personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or request a portable copy of information, subject to applicable law and exceptions.

To make a request regarding information handled by us or our service providers, including backend scan processing, technical information, or a support communication, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your request before responding. For locally stored health, scan, and sleep results, you can manage permissions through your device settings and remove local App data by uninstalling the App, as described in Section 8.

11. Children

The Apps are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe that a child under 16 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

12. Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information that we handle. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notices regarding qualifying security incidents.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://coreloop.pro/privacy-policy and revise the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
